Hi, For your given condition you have to quit using Supari or any other tobacco products(khaini, Pan,etc) for that matter. Avoid spicy food. Take plenty amount of water and veggies. Also you need to attach a picture of white color you mentioned. How many days are you facing this burning sensation?
Next Steps
Stop usage of tobacco products . Visit a dentist as soon

Firstly stop chewing supari. Avoid hot and spicy food. Treatment may require surgery or injections. Just medicines would not help.
Next Steps
Visit dentist for clinical examination and treatment.
