Any periapical infection in the bone ,after root canal treatment takes good few months to appear normal on Xray. If the tooth is asymptomatic ,then best course is to wait and watch. Both the incisors do need a good coronal seal/filling and a crown later if continue to remain asymptomatic or a good composite filling .

Yes it can be done.. proceed with Rct and Apicoectomy irt 32 or Rct + Metapex dressing for 4weeks

No need for RCT xray changes take time to show apparent changes

No further root canal..if problem persists go for extraction

RCT doesn't seem proper,rerct with proper cleaning nd shaping is needed, along with apicoectomy as well as obturation with metapex, repeated follow ups for about 6 months to assess the situation

If the root canal has already been done 3-4 times and there is still a Black area in x-ray it may mean there is persistent infection,missed canal, or leakage In such cases Re-rct may not always solve problems Options- apicoectomy(surgical cleaning of root tip) extraction+ replacement (implant or bridge) considered depending on case

Hello , the black portion in the centre of tooth is bone loss , for bone loss you don’t need rct and if you have pain in the rctreated teeth get it done but still there are less chances of changes in bone loss.

Dear Practo user , new root canal looks fine ..Don't worry about black portion ..it will not go immediately . It takes some months to see visible change in xray.
