Which oil is good for diabetics n fatty liver patients for indian cooking. For deep frying which olive oil is best.

You should use normal Indian oil. As per the environment and climate only we should use any oil or any food stuff

Any oil used by a  diabetic patient should be  in moderation as the calories from fats & oils is very high compared to calories from carbohydrates and proteins . And above all the ratio in which they provide  omega 3,6,9 fatty acids is very important ,Hence its always the quantity that Matters.
