I am 26 years old. My Height & weight is 5.8 , 70 kgs. I am a fitness enthousiast. I am able to meet my daily limits of macronutrients( Protein, Carbs, Fats, Fiber) but my daily intake of micronutrients ( vitamins, minerals, omega 3 fats) is less.
