The shop with me. Just joking. People with OCD do have that kind of obsessive urges. The medications given are good. You can discuss this with your treating psychiatrist and small adjustment in dose Olor adding a D2 blocker would help. Good luck

Try to prolong the time period for doing action after you get obsessive thought. You can train your brain to stop that thought by imagining” red stop sign” your brain whenever you get obsessive thought. Also for further consult psychiatrist.

Medicines work on your symptoms not on the root cause of the problem so the root cause of the problem needs to be addressed for counselling and therapy. I can help you with that through CBT you can consult me for the same. All the best

First of all, it's great that you are feeling better with these medications. Keep your treatment regular. Treatment of OCD requires patience. Apart from medications you also should start working on therapy to manage the symptoms, so that you can have faster improvement. You may suffer from obsessive thoughts at times but the more you work on these symptoms and be regular on follow-ups with the doctor, the better you'll be prepared to tackle these symptoms.

OCD treatment takes a little time. So you have to be patient. Also your doses can be optimized for further improvement
