Obesity and increased fat

I am having increased body weight and due to my busy schedule i am not having time for workout.But now i am planning for daily workout from next month so i want to know what proper diet should i follow for quick fat loose because i have only 3 months time .So please tell what what type of food should i include in my diet.I am vegeterian so please dont prescribe non veg items
