Nutritional deficiencies and weight loss

I am suffering from telogen hairfall and my vitamin levels are also low I am taking supplements I have been advised to eat more vitamins chicken sprouts etc but I am overweight and I was consuming 1200 calories without any physical exercise how should I cope up with treating deficiencies and losing my weight please help
