Numbness in fingers could be due to cervical nerve root compression or could be due to carpal tunnel syndrome....visit a physiotherapist who can assess you n then do the treatment accordingly...

I agree with Dr. Jenis' opinion about considering neurological (nerve related) and Vascular (Blood supply related) problems. Please get a first line investigation check with a cervical spine X-RAY advised/prescribed by your Physiotherapist and/or a nearby Licensed General Practitioner or specialist Orthopedic practitioner.
Next Steps
Then proceed for second line investigation of Nerve Conduction Velocity (NCV) and Vascularity tests that can be done by a competent physiotherapist.
Health Tips
Do Not approach for neck massage or manipulation procedures without proper advise from medical/physiotherapist professional.

Get your cervical X ray done ( AP - Lateral view ) , with blood investigation of vitamin D and vitamin B12 . It’s a case of cervical spondylosis where your radial nerve is affected . After your investigation and X-ray reports consult a physiotherapist .

See numbness in the fingertips and down the hand can be due to nerve compression at the cervical ( neck area). Can be due to many reasons. Consult a physiotherapist as soon as possible as it lead to major issues.

Hello, Numbness /tingling sensation or any type of altered sensation are the consequences of nerve impingement or involvement. Do you have any associated pain/discomfort/heaviness  at arm/forearm/hand/fingers? If yes then this is a nurological issue. Site / location of nerve impingement must be diagnosed, nerve may impinge at cervical region ( slip disc) or at the level of elbow or wrist. Do u have numbness at all fingers ? Or selected one ??
Next Steps
in case of slip disc you can use TENS at the site of discomfort and cervical root region. consult with physiotherapists and you can also perform NTT/ neural tension test ( therapeutic neural tension ) at that limb. neck isometric exercise.
Health Tips
don't carry heavy weight . use right medium height pillow, proper posture guidelines during sitting / standing/ walking. thanking you
