It might be stress related .
• stay hydrated, Drink plenty of water.
• Reduce screen time before bed
• Avoid beverage like tea, coffee,drinks, chocolates etc before bed .
Try meditation and yoga.
Take early dinner.
Try to stop working 2-3 hours before bed time.
Inform sos if required or talk to psychiatrist about stress management .
