Hello, Good afternoon, At the age of 5, kids will be so active that their interest will be on playing games and others than on food. To make them eat, make their plate (food display) colourful, attractive and tasty.
Next Steps
Choose colourful vegetables, fruits and prepare different dishes. Don't repeat the same. If the kid is not interested in normal meal means, look for alternatives like biryani, lemon rice, tamarind rice, chappathi, roti etc. For eg; both rice and chappathi have carbohydrates, we need to choose accordingly.
Health Tips
This is the period for the kids to grow physically, mentally and socially. Their growth will be rapid and they will be very active. Feed them but don't dump. Let them play, once they are hungry they do eat full of stomach. For more details, contact me via practo. Have a healthy day!! 😊 Thank you With regards Dt Chithira
