Nasal block + headache without fever may be sinus-related, and current pregnancy treatment medicines make painkiller choice important. Avoid Aceflam-P (contains aceclofenac + paracetamol) without doctor’s advice, as aceclofenac isn’t preferred in conception/pregnancy phase. Safer options are plain paracetamol for headache and saline nasal spray/steam for congestion—please consult her gynecologist before adding anything. I hope it helps you. If more questions are in your mind, you can reach me for a free detailed consultation on WhatsApp at nine one one nine two five five six nine nine.
