Fluticortizone nasal spray two puffs two times.  Tab zerodol sp3 times after food for 3to5.

It can be sinusitis. Take steam inhalation with just water — twice/thrice a day.

Avoid Aceflam-P (contains aceclofenac + paracetamol) without doctor’s advice, as aceclofenac isn’t preferred in conception/pregnancy phase.
