No proper sleeping

I have problem to sleep everyday night unwanted thing running in mind, daily sleeping time 2.o clock

Apply coconut oil to your feet and head before going to sleep.Meditation and Regular exercise will help. Spare 30 mins daily for yourself in meditation this will help to unwind things and have a peaceful sleep.
