Hello All, I am 6.5 week pregnant. Have intramural fibroid and cyst. And have taken trigger shot to rupture follicle. I was on susten 500 and ovestron tablets for 20 days after ovulation. And now I tested positive. I am on dydrogesterone 10 ip and progesterone sustained release tablets. But on 6 week gestational sac was not visible even through TVS. And BHCG level at 6 week was 2580. Dr asked me to wait one more week to get another scan. Pls help if there is any issue in my pregnancy.
