Is it ok if we don't add crown after root canal treatment? What are the implications? Being vegetarian, I usually dont eat hard to munch food.

Hello No matter you eat hard or not the tooth will fracture in the near future It’s always better to go for crown as you are protecting it from fracture Think of the consequences if you don’t put a crown tooth might fracture and then you have to remove it So it’s always best to have a crown

Even though you are a vegetarian, our chewing force is enough to fracture a root canal treated  tooth. As the fractures in a root canal treated tooth are always vertical in nature, the tooth will have to be extracted and the root canal treatment will go in vain.
