Nerves in breast are paining

Hi, From 2-3 days I'm having pain in my nerves in breasts on both side. If I touch the sides the are paining, is this due to bad sleeping position? Or any other reason

Might be inflammatory... Any recent physical workouts...I mean vigorous... Pregnancy ??? Any soreness or tenderness in breast ??
