- quadriceps stretching exercise - Dynamic closed and open chain
- Stretching exercise for calf muscles
- Streanghting exercise for abductors and abductors .
When you need to work on a single area of body try to learn it under professional guidance .
If your body weight is higher side , reduce weight
Eat healthy food , drink water and avoid over bending of knee .
