Exercising daily is a good habit but to loose fat, it's important on which part you are working out.
For men, fat deposition takes place mostly in abdomen region if it so u should workout in that particular area, abdomens may help.
Coming to your diet, mostly people when on low calorie diet, loose weight to some extent and then, from there they won't be able to loss further, it's called plateau State. May be that is the case with you.

As you are in plateau State, u need a proper guidance for further weight and fat loss.
