Neck pain.

I drive on two wheeler daily for 40 kms. After that my neck pains very badly. This is happening since 2-3 years. My family dr said it can happen due to calcium and vitamin d deficiency. Pls give me your expert advice.

First rule out vitamin D level Consult near by physiotherapy clinic After driving take cold pack for 10 minutes on both traps muscles.. Do some stretching and strengthen exercises of neck muscles uh got results within a week...

Incorrect posture may lead to neck pain. Your muscles are not strong enough. You need to work on your strength. And also Check your calcium and vitamin D levels. Visit Nearest physiotherapy center.
