Now a days cause of our daily life style we are suffering these kind of problems very often. As per my suggestion correct your posture first.
Next Steps
For sure your neck muscles are tight and you need to release that muscles by consulting nearest physiotherapy centre and go for myotherapy in which the doc. Can release your muscles or else go for MFR. It's really very helpful rather than electro therapy and follow with stretches.
Health Tips
Don't use thick pillow. Shrugging of your shoulder( for example -while working in front of system with a desk support you have to keep your shoulder relax)and avoid forward bending of your neck (using laptop directly by bending your neck you have to avoid and instead of that you can increase the height to avoid neck bending and you can use an external keyboard which is very useful alternative method to avoid shoulder strain too).

You are too young to have severe neck pain At your age most of the pain is related to posture like smart phone usage, angle at which you view your computer, sleeping habits etc If the pain is acute better to consult an orthopedist and take X ray Routine CBC should also be done as sometimes eosinophilia can also cause myofascial pain

Please check your eyesight. Refractory errors if untreated are a primary cause of neck pain especially in those who spend a lot of time viewing screens. After correcting vision and poor posture. Appropriate strengthening exercises can be prescribed and followed, to be pain free.

Neck pain can be due to various reasons but what I think in your case is due to postural or neck sprain , best would be to take hot compress and do some mild neck stretching exercises ...if it doesn’t help visit a physiotherapist.
