Neck and upper back pain

Hi I had quite some food from outside for 3 days and have been working quite a lot lately and started gyming for like 2 days. Since 3-4 days I feel  heavy head, neck and upper back pain and little fever cum fatigue (temperature never goes high i e above 100, mostly normal) I wake up quite fresh and but then as the day goes fatigue and neck pain stars hitting again. Please help

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or any other metabolic disorder, if there is  any. Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. There are various factors for your symptoms.1) the outside food can give some infection and associated muscular pain. Visit your local doctor for this2) Chronic Fatigue Syndrome can affect people this way.3 ) Stop Gym for few weeks and do light exercises or yoga,4) Take some rest and go for a happy holiday nearby

Whenever we start new exercises or heavy exercises muscular pain and fatigue is common. If there is a specific part of the body that is hurting you do need to consult in detail regarding your symptoms and further management .stop exercises for a few days till fever and pain subside However your fever is a matter of concern and maybe related to an infection acquired from eating food from outside
