Nausea and light head

I am feeling nauseous all the time. My stomach was upset but now it's fine but I still feel nauseous and weak. I also feel a little light head like I will trip.Why is this happening?

You should have a thorough clinical examination including check up for internal ear. If it is continuous nausea, then I will not prescribe continuous anti-emetic treatment. It is better to go to the cause.

Hi., I can understand your concern. It can be due to AGE and vitamin Deficiency. You can take Tab. Emeset 8 twice a day before food for 3 days. Tab. Pan 40 twice a day before food for 5 days Tab. Gelusil 3 times a day after food for 5 days Tab. Astymin forte morning after food for one month.
