My Vitamin D3 is 16.29 and Vitamin B12 is 209. How much dose of D3 60k iu I should take per week and for how much duration. Also should i take medicine for B12 also.

Having vit d3 n b12 deficiency is very common.. dont worry much Vit d3 60k once a week for 8 weeks. Ur Vit b12 is in borderline.. take Tab Nurokind gold for one month- one tab per day.
