My vagina is itching so much and burning also swollen and discharge comes thick and non smell I think I have yeast infection please help me

I reckon you keep washing your vagina with water. This has washed away the protective good bacteria called Lactobacillus that resides there. It keeps the pH acidic so no infections can enter. Please stop washing vagina with water.only outer skin is okay. Carry pee safe or some surface disinfectant and square tissue in your bag. Wash the toilet seat and dry it before using or use no touch technique. Throw away your old panties. Soak the new ones in suthol overnight. Wash with detergent and dry in sunlight.
