All teeth is going very bad condition. She is just 5 years old. I am worried about her teeth. Please suggest me what to do.

It is very common for small kids to have dental problems. Today only I got a case of a 4 year old boy having cavities in 18 out of 20 teeth. Don't worry, it is treatable. Please visit a child specialist dentist (Pedodontist) in your area.
