Your Doctor will tell you when to start pomegranate or kiwi or coconut water. It may be of interest to you that none of these treatments are approved in the USA for Dengue patients. If you don't have trust in your Doctor, you are well within your rights to get him discharged from that Hospital and get him treated elsewhere.
