My husband behaviour issues.
He is overthinking ,due to which he is unable to sleep,different behaviour -sometimes he behaves very weak and dumb ,some times he fights,unable to understand his mental state,telling lies in everything and anything.he is always in some tension and has gone very weak in health.. Running away from people specially all family members ,not talking to anyone. Also he is not ready to see a doctor.kindly just me want to do.Thanks

Apparently, his current condition is Depression with Anxiety.
Also, you’ve mentioned that at some times he tells lies - do you think that there are two different phases in hits behaviour? If yes it could be bipolar disorder.
I recommend you to visit a competent psychiatrist. S/he should be able to help him.

Consult a psychiatrist in person ( with or without your spouse). He will be able to get a complete picture based on the history you provide and the questions he may want to ask. He should be able to guide you further based on his understanding. Based on your brief description, he would require medicines prescribed by a psychiatrist - who is able to titrate the dosage as required in due course. Therapy doesn't seem suitable in the current clinical state.
