Muscular pain in left hand (tricep)

Hi, i am facing pain in my left hand (tricep) for last few days, i am not able to raise my elbow above my shoulder. Can anyone tell me what happened to my arm. As i am travelling and not able to take medical treatment over here. Please help me with any medicine name.

Don't lift heavy object with your affected limb. Use ice pack over there. Try to touch your upper back, behind the neck from affected hand.

While travelling things we can do is .. .hydrate yourself Try to get ice pack or any cold items and do icying over the pain area If possible stop by any medical shop and buy muscle relaxant (mobizox) It could be a muscle catch or pull...depends on how it started ,may be after a workout or lifting your household stuff.this needs a two way discusion

Do you do gym training? If not may be you spending too much time with you laptop resulting which you getting pain because of nerve entrapment. Or basically cervical pain. Which is unable you to raise you hand. Rather than taking medicine visit nearby physiotherapist and get some.session done. Meanwhile use icepack around your neck for 10 minutes.
