Muscle strain in lower back

I tried lifting weights and do lunges at home.. i think i pulled my lower back muscle.. i was not able to walk or bend or sit without pain..after few stretches and movexx tablet  it went away for 24 hours..but now again slight problem while bending and sitting.notsure if muscle is torn or is it normal and will go away after few days?

It goes away in few days with rest, ice packs, & NSAID with pain killers. If not much relief in 3 to 4 days than consult physio.

It could be a muscle strain Take hot packs at home for 15-20 minutes twice a day U need to do few back stretching and strengthening exs to get rid of the pain Consult a physiotherapist to learn the core stabilisation exercises so that you can continue doing your exercises

Sir dont worry its just muscles strain meet your physiotherapist take hot fomentaion in towel helps musvles moist and become flexible along with that take gliding cupping will helps you to remove adhesion and makes muscles reset in to original length also help im painfull condition by releasing soft tissues. You could have pulled a muscle. It normally takes few days before pain goes away. You could try fomentation, over the counter anti inflammatory tablets.
