Hi , can you please suggest me any multivitamin suppliment , which help me overall health which is non synthetic, natural ingredients should be there , currently I am using "true vitamin with iodine" . Getting good results , should I continue with that ? Or you can suggest me any better one that ...

Hi Please take doctors opinion before taking any multi vitamins ... kindly not to take any multivitamin supplements on your own as its not recommended to do so as multivitamins do have long term side effects and risks.. take opinion with doctor any move further..
