Hi They are very much safe to take but try to take food as your first supplement or a  medicine. Below I am mentioning few zinc and Selenium rich foods that you can include in your diet Zinc rich foods  are.... Whole grains and milk products are good sources of zinc. Many ready-to-eat breakfast cereals are fortified with zinc. Oysters, red meat, and poultry are excellent sources of zinc. Baked beans, chickpeas, and nuts (such as cashews and almonds) also contain zinc............ . . Selenium rich foods  are Some ready-to-eat breakfast cereals are fortified with selenium, and some fruits and vegetables contain selenium. Pork, beef, turkey, chicken, fish, shellfish, and eggs contain high amounts of selenium. Some beans and nuts, especially Brazil nuts, contain selenium. As you know zinc and Selenium are micronutrients that means they are required in very small quantity and you can surely cover them with the diet. Disclaimer- Tip may vary if you suffering from any medical condition.

You only need to take these supplements if you have a known deficiency. Mostly, a balanced dietary intake will ensure your levels are in line. If not, first assess how you are eating and then opt for supplements, if needed.

Every body needs micro and macro nutrients in a recommend doses. Most of the micronutrients are available from food we eat. Taking extra dose gives pressure to your liver n kidney which might result in problem in future. Always talk to your health care provider and then only take the recommended dose. Avoid taking multivitaminin over the counter
