Multivitamin and omega3

Is it important to take multivitamin and omega3 everyday as we dont get many vitamins from food and omega 3 is not produced in our body. If yes, tell me the brand name.

At this age and untill you're having any deficiencies there is no need to have multivitamins or omega 3 as a supplements. Eat healthy balanced diet with variable food items of all the groups to avail all the nutritional value required by our body. We can get all the vitamins, minerals and fatty acids from different foods those can not be produced in our body.
