Apply dologel thrice a day and take some nsaids. And stop taking spicy food and intake more of green vegetables

Apply dologel ointment locally in d ulcer area but don't swallow the gel or wash it for sometime. U can spit if needed. Take some vitamin B supplements. It might take a week's time to subside. If it's causing too much pain u can take tab combiflam as n when requird. If it's not decreasing please visit a nearby dentist

You can apply hexigel or dologel on the affected area. Avoid hot and spicy food. Ulcers generally take a week to 10 days to heal
