I am suffering from recurring, long lasting,and pain ful mouth ulcers,very often , normal gels available not cure it how i can cure it

Hloo Sir  Mouth ulcer have not only one cause to be I oral cavity there are many reasons There are many causes like Gastritis Stress Vit deficiency So you need to know the proper reason for that Regards

Recurrent mouth ulcer , multiple reasons are there . Might be stressful , vitamin deficiency, heriditary .... most of the gels contains just anaesthetic agent which will reduce ur pain but will not heal it . Try some mild corticosteroid ointment like turbo fort or kenokort ointment . Use it for15 days and see
