Recurrent mouth ulcer , multiple reasons are there . Might be stressful , vitamin deficiency, heriditary .... most of the gels contains just anaesthetic agent which will reduce ur pain but will not heal it . Try some mild corticosteroid ointment like turbo fort or kenokort ointment . Use it for15 days and see
