Mouth ulcer problem
I am having a mouth ulcers problem from the last 4 days now. It's not easy for me to drink hot beverages or eat hot food as it pains a lot. So plz suggest me how can I cure it.

The reason for the mouth ulcers may be stress,intake of any hot or spicy food or some sharp portion of food might have created that..Use of dologel or glycerine based ointment will be helpful.. Avoid hot any spicy food till it gets better.

Apply hexigel or dologel on the affected area. Avoid hot and spicy food for a few days . Add a vitamin bcomplex tablet once daily
