Hello You can apply dologel-CT gel on the ulcers half an hour before meals 3-4 times a day for 7-10 days.you can take cap becozinc once daily after food for 7 days , drink lots of water,avoid stress, avoid spicy food.ulcers take 7-10days to heal.if u have recurrent ulcers then you should get investigations for vitamin and iron deficiency n check for any sharp teeth if present.
