It seems that you are having mood swings and they can be due to some recent or past stressful negative event which can be contributing to these distressing symptoms. It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for a better understanding of your case history and formulation of a treatment plan through regular psychotherapy sessions. In the meantime you can try and practice yoga , deep breathing and meditation as it will help calm your nerves and make you feel better . Try and engage in various activities throughout the day to keep yourself occupied . Maintain a thought journal in which you can write down when you feel these emotions.
