My 8th teeth is kind of perpendicular to my 7th teeth. So, do I have to remove it or it can be saved. Attached X-Ray. Thank you.

Why do u have an xray? Was it causing any trouble? Since its perpendicular and impinging on your 7! It will cause pressure resorption or decay! That tooth is never gonna come out ! Best strategy is to save the tooth which is functional i.e. 7 Choice is all yours Good luck

Your wisdom tooth needs an extraction. Best to plan and get it removed as it may cause infection
