Since we had two missed miscarriages...two different gynac has adviced for AAPLA, TORCH AND KARYOTYPY AND ONE MORE FOR Hysteroscopy and adviced us to take antibiotics for both me and my husband prior two months while trying to conceive... Which is the best advice that we can go for.

Depends on  what type of miscarriage and at what month of pregnancy you had them. Apla and karyotyping are definitely recommended in case of recurrent miscarriage. Antibiotics and hysteroscopy might have been suggested based on some other risk factors or ultrasound reports.

Hi At what weeksdid your miscarriage occur? What were the ultrasound findings? Did u have spontaneous bleed or in scan fetal heart didn't occur? So the need for further investigations depends on these. Now a days 3D ultrasounds are available to look for uterine structural problems instead of hysteroscopy
