Hello Practo user,
Nowadays most of the patients and doctors come to conclusions with reports unfortunately....in your case the MRI reports have biased the clinical judgement of doctors.
Ideally a good conversation with the patient, medical history, and a thorough clinical examination is going to give a correct diagnosis.
Any other investigations needed to confirm the diagnosis should be done accordingly.
