If the white spots are minimal requiring superficial removal of enamel, then microabrasion is an option. Veneers are done if there is extensive involvement of tooth/teeth.

Hi.the the treatment can be decided on depth, number  or diameter of lesions .. If the patches are superficial , minute and less in number then micro abrasion is opted ..else you have to undergo veneers or laminates ...A skilful dentist  can esthetically cover the patches with composite if patches are small .Please consult a endodontist nearby for further advise .tc

Mild fluorosis or white spots are best treated with composite fillings/veneers. ..they give the best aesthetics. All the best.

Microabrasion, if it still remains, you can go for Composite filling only at the affected spot. If white spots are large enough then veneers are advised.
