PCOD is lifestyle problem. First you change your lifestyle. Follow healthy lifestyle. If overweight then try to reduce weight. Morning walk daily. Exercise and yoga. Reduce carbohydrates in diet Avoid fast food. Avoid packed food and juices. Remain hydrated. After following all these for 3 mths,if problem persists then you can start medicine.
