Hi iam suffering something a lot mental stress i have started observing many negative things in my self n always doubt one by one iam having this problem n many i think but it become habbit my mind continusly think something negative n iam scared n very worried something bad thoughts if comes than due to this iam not able to focus on my life n iam scared lot i dnt y but instead of improve iam going deep inside in this n i feel tired n no intrest in many things wht can i do so i will be out from this plz suggest me plzz iam fed up from my this thoughts which irrited me n take to that point ...

You may be suffering from depression. Your thoughts which irritate you & which refuse to go away, may be ruminations or obssessional thoughts (OCD). Pessimistic thoughts, negative view of self & future could be a part of depressive thought process. You may need counselling & if the depression or OCD is moderate to severe, then medication may be needed.

Hi, Chronic negative thoughts can be very stressful. I can give simplistic advice like: relax, be positive etc. But for real, long term solution, it will help you to meet with a counsellor and have a few counselling sessions.
