Because of financial problems I am mentally stressed need. Good counseling what should I do and also weight is gaining because of stress I stress eat too

Your stress levels need to be assessed, if mild CBT and life style modifications will help, if moderate to severe better take a short course of meds. Consult an astute psychiatrist and seek remedy. Good luck

Counselling is a good option. However, for acute relief it is better to start concurrent treatment.
Next Steps
start treatment (medications) for few months then both counselling and treatment and then you can continue with counselling only if needed
