Study the pattern of duration of over 3 cycles, are all your menstrual cycles frequent and are all accompanied by heavy bleeding or excessive cramps? Normal cycle duration is 21 to 35 days with upto 80ml of blood loss and the cycle length can vary for up to 5-7 days is considered normal as per indian statistics.
Next Steps
if you are facing cycles more irregular than these ranges and its been observed in 2 or more cycles we need to evaluate you for hormonal irregularities and comorbidities like thyroid and insulin resistance. I'd request you to kindly connect so that we can discuss this further and find the root of the problem.

The normal cycle length is 21 to 35 days If your cycle is more than 21 days and if bleeding is not heavy means that is normal. No need to take harmonal pills.

Please tell the exact duration of menstrual cycle because in some normal people also the duration of cycle can be 21 to 35 days. If it comes regularly every month after 21 days and the flow is not heavy then it is normal
Next Steps
Get CBC. TSH. and USG lower abdomen done
