Maybe a anal fissure, I had anal sex.

I think I might have anal fissure but not sure. During bowel movement I see blood in stools. Yesterday I had anal sex for the first time. It is very very light painful during bowel movement that I feel I dont need to take any painkillers. How can I fix this at home (with diet)? I am a female student and broke at the moment to consult doctors. Is it serious or something to be worried? If it doesn't get okay in three days,I will see a doctor. However, how can I fix this at home with diet or cream? Out of curiosity: would steriod medicines heal anal fissure faster and is is healthy to take them?

It is serious. An anus is not meant for sexual intercourse anatomically. It will often lead to severe damage. The least you can do is to consult a General Surgeon in your area. And never ever indulge in Anal sex because the damages may be life threatening.

Enough advice given to you. Now decide on your own. Better consult a surgeon at your locality for physical examination and proctoscopy to confirm the diagnosis and further management

Steroid creams are not indicated for anal fissure of recent onset.Rather you can apply lidocaine gel for local application and some herbal cream like pilex for few days However for the healing of new onset Anal fissure , avoiding constipation and passing of hard stool is important .
Next Steps
Sit in warm water for 15 minutes twice daily for few days to relax anal fissure. stool softener will help high fibre diet fruits and vegetables if pain gets worse consult with a general surgeon
