Your question is not at all clear. I don't know when you don't have any disease why do you want your heart rate to rise ? In some clinical tests to assess the functioning of the heart the Doctors subject the patient to some physical activities which lead to an increase in the heart rate. At that time the heart rate may rise to 160 or 170 beats per minute with no adverse effects on the body. It can also rise during fear or fever or running or emotional excitement. That is short lived. So please clarify what you want to find out ?

Heart rate varies with your exercise level It's different at rest or while running . At rest anything between 60-100 is usually considered normal. The lower the better.
