For how many days should I take iron calcium supplement after delivery and I am having constipation due to iron supplements, can I just take calcium and stop taking iron?

You should take Iron Calcium supplements for as long as you breastfeed your baby, and for three months after that.  You need both, iron and Calcium. If one preparation doesn't suit you you may try another one.
