Lump on gum

There is a lump on my lower gum below tooth its is painless and little bit hard no pus in it no pain in that below tooth which was periviously RCT

Hi.. The lump is associated with the RC-treated tooth so there must be a problem with the same tooth. X ray shows the exact problem, based on that further treatment plan can be done.

It's  tissue overgrowth.visit any local dentist for xray and if there is a need, the dentist can do RCT.The overgrowth can be removed by laser or surgically
