Now a days she is experiencing knee join pain too. She is having extreme pain now a days. She doesn't care of her body  postures. She has taken IFT for 3 - 4days. She might be having muscle stiffness. She need to continue her Physiotherapy for next few day to get relief from pain and also advice her to follow postural correction ergonomics means sit straight and avoid bending.

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times

Though she has been operated 7 years back , it isn't necessary that the problem would be from same level of spine. Physiotherapy is recommended
Next Steps
See a Physiotherapist and get it evaluated. exercises to reduce disc pressure and prevent recurrences are more important than symptomatic pain relief
