Lower back pain

I was playing cricket and when I Bowled I know what happened to my lower back above right hip bone that now it's been 2 months and it's still in pain. Whenever I sit at one position for long my back gets stiff. Please give proper feedback regarding it.

Need more information by investigations and clinical examinations. Lower back pain may be due root pain . Pain can be relieved by taking muscle relaxant with pain killers with/ without antaacid.

However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. --. Fomentation with warm water. Looks like pulled muscle or disc. Need to take proper rest and regular painkillers for few days. If it’s already two months then consult
